This day is a must for any Dr. Who fans. Using some technical wizardry ‘Doctor Who’ will lead pupils through a series of practical science, maths and language challenges, all from a video link to cyber space. This is a cross curricular adventure day, with all activities having a Doctor Who theme. They also require a high level of teamwork and problem solving skills.

Fire Safety Project
The CLC, in conjunction with the Fire Service is offering a 1 day fire safety day. Pupils will learn about what makes fire, how to help prevent fires starting and what to do in the event of a fire. All activities are aimed at widening pupils understanding, and not to frighten them. There will be a range of practical, fun activities, resulting in pupils using CLC equipment to create a fire safety poster. The winning poster from the day will be made into a full size glossy poster for school. There will be resources and web links to take away to continue work in school.
