Wolverhampton Art Gallery Primary Project - exploring art with technology

Over the next three weeks, the City Learning Centre is leading visits from primary school groups to Wolverhampton Art Gallery. During the visits, students will explore the Georgian Gallery with the help of a PDA tour created by the CLC in collaboration with the Education Team at the Gallery. The tour runs on handhled devices, and provides information and interactive tasks to the students to introduce them to the themes, symbolism and stories behind the paintings in the gallery. The students will also be accompanied around the gallery by an Art Interpreter.

You can view the PDA tour online here: Read the rest of this entry »
