Hi, i’m very excited now that there are about 12 hours left until we depart on our flight to Florida. Hopefully, we should avoid the hurricane heading that way!

The journey here went without a hitch. We all had a nice evening meal: I had a roast duck dinner followed by a profiterole desert with chocolate sauce and cream.emoticon

parting gift

Thanks to Mr Lowe and the Science department for their parting gift. The astronauts at NASA should be a bit bigger!

    We are all very jealous. We all wish you well.
    Have a great time and bring back lots of space stuff ( Can you get a Saturn V in your hand luggage?).
    Take lots of photos and get ready for celebrity status on your return.

    i hope you are holding up ok, must be terrible having such a great time. i could`nt see the pictures - some technical error probably. i hope you have some ucas offers waiting for you when you get back and lots of tales to tell - perhaps you could save me an assembly and do want for the year group.

    The group looks so healthy so far, so don’t eat too many MacDonnies or you may get fat or hyper! Maybe they will let you stay for Space Camp. That rocket Saturn V looks like it would be just about big enough to get the whole lot of you off the ground and into space.

    Hello Mr Mehmi,
    Can you sort out some good stuff to bring back for the environmental centre? Lots of space for a few interesting items. Quite fancy the moon buggy if you have enough room in your case after packing the saturn V.
    Try the GIANT whippy ice creams at the Space Centre. They are mega (better not let have Lawrence have one though)
    Unfortunately I am flying off to Egypt tomorrow so may not be able to keep up with your exploits.
    Just have a brill time.
